We believe there will be especially good opportunities in the secondary market, as distressed sales of apartments in locations with good rental prospects become more prevalent. We also anticipate excellent opportunities in new areas such as land rezoning.

Advantage Portfolio was founded by highly experienced property investors who were first to invest into the new EU countries in 2004.
We have built up extensive local knowledge and have clear and focused due diligence on multiple investment property markets based on our own commercial and residential property portfolios both in the UK and overseas.
The company was built to aid and assist others follow in our successes and remains focused on delivering real value in a market where most property promoted as 'investment' fails to meet this claim.
The directors of Advantage Portfolio each have over 15 years’ experience engaging at board level through executive roles in IT companies such as Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems and 3Com. We have extensive management and leadership experience with well-established and start-up companies.

Jason was filmed by the BBC sourcing Eastern European properties and was featured on “The Money Programme”. He is currently chairman of the Bobby Moore Ball, an annual fund raiser for Cancer Research UK.
Philip has a passion for property and an eye for a great investment that he frequently converts to advantage. He has recently become advisor to property funds focused on emerging markets.
